I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be running the New York City Marathon this November to raise money for an incredible cause: Keep a Child Alive. This nonprofit organization provides life-saving care, medication, and support to children and families affected by HIV/AIDS in underserved communities worldwide.

Every child deserves the chance to live a healthy, full life. By supporting this cause, you’re directly helping children and families access the critical resources they need to combat HIV/AIDS and thrive against all odds. Running the NYC Marathon is a huge personal milestone for me, but the journey becomes so much more meaningful when it's fueled by compassion and a drive to uplift others.

After running my first marathon in Charlotte, North Carolina, on November 16, 2024, I knew the New York City Marathon had to be my next adventure. My friends and family were so proud of my accomplishment and encouraged me to run another marathon. When I told them I wanted to run the NYC Marathon but needed to raise money for a charity organization to secure my entry, they had faith in me.

My little cousin Reese, who had just gotten a cotton candy machine for Christmas, came up with the sweetest idea: "I’ll help you raise money so you can run the marathon!" Her enthusiasm was so inspiring, and while I absolutely loved the thought, I knew it would take more than just selling cotton candy to reach my goal. That’s why I’m asking for your support—every donation, big or small, truly counts for something.

To secure my bib and make a real impact, I'm aiming to raise $6,000+. I truly believe that with your support and generosity, we can surpass this goal and touch the lives of countless families who desperately need our help.

I’m determined to push my limits and achieve a 3:00:00 marathon finish in NYC this November. With hard work, dedication, and the motivation from my incredible supporters, I know this dream is within reach.
